Color Me Silly! - Farm & Wilderness

Written by Pam Podger | July 23, 2014

We welcomed 114 campers to our community for this second half. Indian Brook is again full of campers in creative costumes giggling throughout the Cozy Arts Lodge. We are all joyously exhausted after a day in the bright July sun.

New friendships are forming this session as campers meet others beyond their small cabin groups. Every morning our Program Director, Flavia, waves her magic wand to let groups know where they will gather for their morning rotation.

For example, she exclaims; “Where’s My Nose is going to Work Projects!”

Check out all the creative names for our activity groups:

Big Lodge morning activity group names – Flip Flops of Eternal Punishment, Zombie Apocalypse, I Wear Fruit of the Loom, All Staff Muddle, Everyone, There’s a Fly on Your Face.

First Lodge morning activity group names – My Rainbow Sparkly Belly Button Fuzz, My Cheesy Exploding Elbow, My Crazy Taco Face, Fresh Jamaican Bacon, Attention, I Clean the KYBO with My Toothbrush, Where’s My Nose?

Everyone is getting ready to depart on trips; First Lodge for two nights, Big Lodge for three nights, and Senior Lodge for four nights.

The creativity will continue to overflow out of canoes, up tall rocks, in mac- and-cheese trail dinners, and in spectacular views!
