Visiting Day/Changeover Day
Timberlake, Indian Brook, Flying Cloud, Saltash Mountain and Questers
Arrival and Departure: We welcome all parents starting at 9 a.m.
Parents picking up July session children on Friday, July 20, please say your farewells and leave campus by noon unless you’re planning on staying for lunch (please let your camp director know before July 19 so they can alert the cooks).
For full-season parents visiting on Friday, July 20, please say your farewells and leave campus by 5 p.m.
Tamarack Farm
Our main Visiting Day will be Saturday, July 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please bring a picnic lunch and TF will provide dinner for all. The evening’s entertainment will be at Postum House.
FOR 2012: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SAM AND FC VISITORS
Since Tropical Storm Irene, and road repairs, Patch Brook Road is not safe for two-way travel, so please only come UP Patch Brook Road while visiting SAM Camp or Flying Cloud. To return from the camps, SAM visitors please return DOWN on Sawyer Hill Rd to RT 103 and FC visitors DOWN on Lake Ninevah Rd.
