I am truly thankful and humbled to take on the role of IB camp director. I’ve spent my first month learning as much as I can about Indian Brook from current staff, former staff, and campers and their families. I still have a lot to learn, but one thing I’ve learned is that Indian Brook has an amazing staff. As I read through the campers’ feedback from summer 2010, it seems the work they do with these girls is almost magical.
As I move forward, I’d love your input on what makes IB great. Enjoy the camper quotes below.

I would say that it’s the best place in the entire world to come to camp.
Farm and Wilderness is my favorite place to be.

Next summer would be my fourth summer at IB and I keep coming back because IB is my home away from home.

I miss the friendly attitude at Indian Brook. It was so easy to make friends and get along with people; it’s so much easier than trying to make new friends in the school atmosphere.
Going to Indian Brook was the best summer experience I’ve ever had.
I learned how to use an ax, wild edibles, and a lot about what it means to be a part of a community.
I have grown as a person because I have become much more aware of everything around me, and how my decisions affect all of those things.
I would say that F&W is the most wonderful place in the world. And that there is nowhere else like it.
