We’re looking for individuals to help support our campers and staff in a behavioral health role to ensure the summer is great for everyone. This is NOT an individual therapist role but instead a role integrated into our camps and philosophies.
We have opportunities for licensed individuals and for folks with degrees working towards such.

Tackle Homesickness
Your role might involve a lot of homesickness! It comes in many forms, and you’ll support other staff in helping campers navigate it and get back to the summer.
Support Staff Support Campers
You’ll work with other staff to support our campers, including modeling and providing strategies, ensuring behavioral systems are being followed, and helping everyone grow in their practice.
Provide Strategies to Staff
Part of your job will also involve providing strategies to staff to keep themselves healthy. While you won’t directly manage them, you will work with the Camp Director to ensure the entire community is functioning well.
Learn (and Work Within) Our Systems
You’ll be trained on and work within our Behavior Continuum and Behavior Board systems to track camper behaviors and provide interventions ideally when they are small.
You'll Have Support
It’s not all on you - no martyrs and no saviors! You’ll have support from your Camp Director, the Director of Operations, and our licensed Mental Heath staff.
Live in Vermont
We offer a unique experience in the spectacular mountains of Vermont. Beautiful lakes, endless forests, and Vermont charm - a great summer no matter where you’re coming from!
