CAMP DIRECTIONS AND TRAVEL

We’re Getting Excited to See You at Camp!

Directions To Barn Day Camp (BDC), Timberlake (TL), Firefly Song (FS)

For GPS/phone, you can use the main office address – 401 Farm and Wilderness Road, Plymouth, VT 05056. You will turn off of route 100 onto Farm & Wilderness Rd by our large green entrance sign. Each camp is located along Farm & Wilderness Rd. There will be specific directions for registered camp families on when and where to drop-off and pick-up for each camp and session.

From our entrance, staff and signage will direct you to your drop-off or pick-up location. Note: Be mindful of speed limit changes on route 100.

Directions To Flying Cloud (FC), Saltash Mountain (SAM)

For GPS/phone, you can use 2733 Saywer Hill Road, MT. Holly, VT 05758 to reach Sawyer Hill Rd off of route 103. From there, please use the below directions to locate each camp. For Saltash Mountain:

  • After turning onto Sawyer Hill Rd, follow it for 2.8 miles.
  • The entrance will be on your left.
For Flying Cloud:
  • After turning onto Sawyer Hill Rd, follow it to a “T” intersection and then turn left onto Patch Brook Road.
  • Go 0.5 miles to another “T” intersection and turn right onto Unknown Soldier Road.
  • Follow this road for 0.5 miles to a parking area – aka. the gravel pit.
  • Drop-offs and pick-ups will be done in the parking area this year.
Directions To Red Spruce Grove (RSG)
  • For GPS/phone, you can use 1460 Wilderness Rd, MT. Holly, VT 05758 off of Sawyer Hill Rd.
  • Once you’ve turned onto Wilderness Rd, the entrance to Red Spruce Grove will be on the second driveway on the left about 0.5 mile up the hill.

Caution:   Entry to camp will be delayed by 24 hours without a photo of a Rapid Antigen Test to show on arrival day. The photo should be taken 24 hours before arrival – ie, on the morning before arrival day.  The results and your child’s face must be visible in the photo.  Any FDA approved at-home test is valid and it is OK to show the photo on your cell phone.  If your camper returns a positive test- you should call or email admissions and your camp director and plan to delay arrival.  All Barn Day Campers must take a rapid antigen test in the morning - before they leave the house - of their first and second day of camp and show a photo at drop-off.

 

Session 1 & Spark 1 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Session 1 and Spark 1 Drop-off for Camp Friday, June 30th: Afternoon Time slots assigned by camp program

Spark 1 Pickup: Monday, July 10th

Session 1 Pickup from Camp Thursday, July 20th: Morning Time Slots assigned by camp program.

We ask that you please drive very slowly through the camps (5 mph through camp areas).

If the adults visiting or picking-up a child are not the parents/guardians listed on the camper registration, please let your camp director know in writing. Please do not bring any pets on Farm and Wilderness property as we have livestock on our small farm. Leaving pets in a car is not an option so please make arrangements in advance to not have your pets with you.

Full Summer Visiting Day

If full season families wish to visit their camper, they may pick them up from camp on the closing day of Session 1 for the weekend and return them to camp on the Session 2 drop off day. Campers who stay with us for the changeover are treated to special fun activities with a select group of staff while everyone else gets ready to welcome the next batch of campers. If your camper stays with us for changeover and is attending a different camp for Session 2, we’ll arrange their travel between camps!

Session 2 Drop-Off & Pick-Up

August Session & Spark 2 Drop-off for Camp Sunday, July 23: Afternoon time slots as provided by camp program directors

Spark 2 Pickup: Wednesday, August 2


August and Full Season Pickup from Camp Sunday, August 13: Morning time slots as provided by camp program directors.
