Join Us for Summer Camp 2020!
We hope you can join us at camp this summer! Registration for summer 2020 has begun. Every year we have more interested campers than spaces available. To ensure your spot, please register early. There is nothing we dislike more than telling someone camp is full and many of our programs develop waitlists as early as December.

Before March 1, a $500 deposit is required upon registration. After March 1, full tuition is required upon registration. Deposits are not refundable unless you are a campership applicant and you cancel before March 1, 2020. For full tuition policies, please refer to the Family Handbook. Payment is in U.S. currency, payable by check, echeck, credit card, or wire transfer.

Before June, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. After June, full payment of tuition is due upon registration. There is a multi-session discount of $50 per child for the two-week sessions only. Camperships are available for our Barn Day Camp. Please see our Financial Aid for more information.

We offer a discount for families who complete the registration process and pay tuition in full with a check, echeck, or wire transfer by Jan. 1, 2020. With the discount, the 2020 tuition is offered at the rates below.
Note: Credit card payments are NOT eligible for this discount. Using a credit card will immediately void your eligibility for this discount.

Additional expenses and fees, if incurred, will be reflected on invoice, along with tuition. They include the following:
If you send your child on one of our chartered, chaperoned buses, or if we need to pick your child up at the airport, etc., there will be an additional charge payable in advance.
The cost of shipping baggage or lost & found items home via UPS or Fed-Ex. Unclaimed items at the end of the summer will be donated to local shelters.
Medical expenses not covered by the camper health and accident insurance will also be billed to you at the end of the summer.
