Year Round employees’ compensation package is complete with a benefits package of medical, retirement, paid vacation and sick leave, tuition reduction plan and more. Our seasonal interns receive a weekly stipend along with community housing, meals, and workers compensation insurance. Summer Staff receive a one-time summer salary along with community housing, meals, workers compensation insurance and tuition reduction plan.
