Farm & Wilderness events are a celebration. At our Annual Fair Weekend each August, the camp community comes together with friends and alumni to share games, rides, food, crafts, song and dance. It is a chance for campers to show parents a slice of F&W life, and a time for alumni to remember the magic of camp and reminisce with old friends.
During our annual Alumni Reunion Weekend we welcome alumni and their families back to the camp they love for a weekend spent reconnecting with camp friends, telling old stories, swimming, canoeing, hiking, singing and dancing, and having fun.
In the non-summer months, F&W families, friends and alum return to the Plymouth Valley to help at our seasonal Work Weekends. At these weekend events, F&W is able to complete a huge amount of work with the help of our extended community. In return, event participants get to take a break from their regular lives, enjoy the satisfaction of a hard day of physical labor, and have a taste of camp life, complete with delicious meals, singing, barn chores, and Silent Meeting.
Along with our events here in Vermont, F&W staff is on the road during the school-year to recruit campers and staff for the following summer.
